Third, Check whether the glass edge is damaged, whether the chamfering and edging treatment is smooth, and the probability of self-explosion after installation of the product in question will be much greater.
Fourth, even the best shower room will have a three-thousandths of self-explosion rate, so it is best to paste a layer of explosion-proof film on the glass, even if there is really a problem, the glass fragments will only adhere to the film and will not splash, it won't hurt people.
2. Aluminum should be strong
The thickness of the poor aluminum material is only 0.7mm-1.1mm. Most of them are made of recycled waste aluminum materials to save costs. The surface is trachoma, pinholes, lines, dark color, soft texture, easy to deform or break. Difficult to clean, easy to rust, and easily cause the shower room to explode. Good aluminum is not only selected strictly, but the surface will also be treated with multiple layers, the coating is firm, the color is bright, and it will not corrode, and the thickness will be 1.2mm-1.5mm, some even 2mm.
3. Slide rails should be smooth
Poor quality slide rails are difficult to pull. When pulling hard, the glass is prone to an explosion due to uneven force. Therefore, the wheel seat of the pulley should use pressure-resistant and heavy-resistant materials, such as 304 stainless steel and high-end synthetic materials. The wheel seat is tightly sealed, water vapor cannot easily enter the wheel, and the smoothness of the wheel can be guaranteed.
